Processing & Dispatch All orders ship same day, every day — including weekends and holidays. We drop off orders at our local USPS facility, which provides 24/7 live scanning, so your tracking will update as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Method All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. Every watch is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Estimated Delivery Times USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by USPS.

Shipping Origin All orders ship from Atlanta, GA.

Shipping Cost Free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package at usps.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at sales@neonmod.com and we'll work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
